My lookbook hasn’t arrived

Check spam first — the email carries a PDF attachment, which some providers hold back. If it is not there, email us with the address you ordered with and we will resend the link or refund you.

The images don’t look like my dog

This usually comes down to the source photo. A clear, well-lit shot with the whole dog in frame works far better than a close-up or a photo taken from above. Email us and we will regenerate from a new photo, or refund you — see our refund policy.

I want my data deleted

Email us and we will delete your photo, images and order record within 30 days. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 90 days regardless.
